I found Donna Eden's work in 2011 and excitedly began my training in 2012 as I was drawn to the empowering techniques in the Eden Method modality.
The amount of change I experienced in all aspects of my life in that first year of training gave me the desire to continue and complete the next three levels of the Eden Method Certification Program, and two levels of Teacher Training in the USA.
Since 2015, I have been supporting clients with private sessions and have had the joy of teaching Eden Method Classes in Australia for over five years.
The guiding principal for Sage Life that underpins every session and class is ‘Empower, Evolve, Thrive!’
