I was struggling with my health. I had tried the doctors, specialist, and some alternative therapies but nothing seemed to be helping...It was the most life changing information that I have ever experienced.
I found Eden Energy Medicine in a time where I was struggling with my health. I had tried the doctors, specialist, and some alternative therapies but nothing seemed to be helping.
I enrolled to do a small online introductory program and the information made so much sense to me. I wanted more so I then sourced out the one year learning program, unfortunately it was in Sydney and I was on the Sunshine Coast. I was desperate so I committed to the year.
It was the most life changing information that I have ever experienced. My intention was to just do the Year 1 Foundations class and use it for personal use or with family. I had such good results with my health, I wanted to help other people.
I approached Liz Caruana about running the program on the Sunshine Coast. It was a long shot, but intention is powerful. Long story short, the first year Level 1: Fundamental class from Mapleton graduated this year!
Liz is an amazing teacher, she is kind, patient and caring. Her classes are designed for easy integration and she puts so much of her time and effort into creating the best learning environment as possible. I know that she goes over and above for her students… she is so nurturing and really is passionate about her work.
I would thoroughly recommend the Eden Energy Medicine study programs and I would absolutely recommend Liz as an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner…she produces results in a very professional and experienced manner.

EEM and the DER have been life changing for me. After 30 years of autoimmune issues being Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue EEM has been a life changer.
I thought the DER was everything. Doing this simple regime everyday changed how my body had functioned these last 3 decades - much less tired and less brain fog. Seeing a light at the end of the tunnel that yes I can be well again. As the weeks went by I would only see improvement in myself.
Then came Foundations! What a gift! I just wanted to learn more, not only to help myself but to be able to share with others and help them also along this painful road of unwellness. Also what I love about what I have learned, it has empowered me to heal myself and have the confidence to share with others.
The EEM Team are fabulous. I would recommend this course to anyone who wishes to take back control of their health and live their lives to the fullest.

I would highly recommend the Eden Energy Medicine Level 1: Fundamentals training with Liz Caruana. I attended the class in 2019 and was so fortunate to have Liz as my teacher. She is simply amazing!
Liz is a kind and compassionate soul with an absolute passion for the work. As well as being a fabulous teacher, Liz creates a safe and beautiful learning environment. This course is wonderful and it has changed my life. I have benefited not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
I searched for many, many years for help with my health issues and now the depression, fatigue and mood swings are a thing of the past. My life has changed for the better as I now have the tools to work on myself. I feel so empowered and excited for the future! Today I am nearing the completion of my second year of training in Eden Energy medicine and hope to help others as a practitioner in this life changing modality.

Liz's understanding of and commitment to Eden energy medicine is incredible. It is through her dedication that Energy Medicine is now to be taught by a local practitioner in Australia.
The work itself is mind blowing and not just life changing but life-giving.
Liz herself is just a joy to be around. She is fun and supportive, engaging and thorough. If you are not at the stage of considering this course consider her introductory weekend courses or just having a session with her. You will be gently, kindly and compassionately transformed into a better version of yourself in partnership with her.
If you possibly can though consider EEM Foundations. I have been so fortunate to do it in 2018 and I would wish it for as many of you as are open to it.

What I found was much more than just a course. Energy medicine is amazing and being able to test and see the results helps to appreciate the work.
I wasn't sure if energy medicine was my path, I thought I would give it a year then decide.

The benefits of understanding my energies and being able to keep them flowing daily has made me much happier and healthier.
To then be able to share that with family and friends and see them excited by the results is so rewarding.
The other students in the class and of course the teachers have became my new tribe. The love and support for the work and each other is palpable.
This is definitely the way for me and even with all the information you get in Year 1 I know its just the beginning and I can't wait to start Year 2.

It’s like a new life and joy is seeping into my body...my encouragement to anyone who wants to feel better: jump into it!
I want to honour Donna Eden, and express my gratitude at discovering “Eden Energy Medicine” and meeting Liz Caruana a pioneering teacher of EEM in Australia.
I was looking at a long and difficult few years and perhaps the rest of my life living with debilitating symptoms from a mosquito born virus which left me with arthritic joints and limited movement and energy. Where I live many people have been diagnosed with the same virus and do suffer from the symptoms for the rest of their lives. There is no medication to cure the virus, only pharmaceuticals to deal with the symptoms. During my time of convalescence and contemplating this fate, I came across Donna Eden and her DER (Daily Energy Routine). I was not coping well with the medication so thought why not give this EEM a try. After only 3 weeks of committing to the routine each day, I noticed huge improvements and felt in better shape than I had for years and without the need for medication.
This wetted my appetite and I was thirsting to learn more. My searchings were rewarded by discovering the Foundations Year in EEM was being taught in Parramatta by Amy McDowell from Florida and Liz Caruana from Sydney was supporting her. Wow! EEM training In Australia! What a blessing! I’m in!
Amy and Liz guided us through the classes with such grace and love and I came away with a wealth of knowledge which I am now working at integrating. I have a “treasure chest” full of energy techniques to support me in dealing with my own and other’s health and wellbeing issues. I have a deeper understanding of why and how the techniques are helpful. I am exhilarated to experience daily how these techniques can reverse my health issues and renew my vitality. It’s like a new life and joy is seeping into my body.
My only regret is that I didn’t know about EEM years ago. However, the wonderful blessing is that I now DO know. It feels like I am flowing down a River of Energy and the more I integrate and understand the stronger the current as it flows. At last I have connected into the Source of the River and it feels natural and at ease as it gains momentum. I also feel supported and enriched to have met others who are on the same journey in EEM. And we have Liz, a teacher of EEM in Australia. How good is that!
In order to deepen my understanding and to gain the confidence to share what I have learned with others so they too can experience the benefits of EEM as I have, I enrolled in the 2nd year of EEM Foundations Training. I am flowing!
